Return Process

  Product Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address; please ensure the appliance is packed in its original box with all accessories.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
